Westfield Health: Member Get Member

It’s a fact that 3 out of 4 Westfield Health policyholders would recommend Westfield to their friends and family. So, along with the team at Westfield, we developed a customer mailing to help those customers along, and make recommending Westfield a simple and rewarding experience.

Rather than a pushy sales message, we based our proposition on the fact that only good things are worth sharing with people that you care about – hence the campaign concept ‘Good things are worth sharing’.

We focused on everyday special experiences between close friends and families, using imagery that captured the moment. This was applied to a DM pack with postcards to hand out to your friends – personalised to make it that extra bit special, along with M&S vouchers to make it worth their while.

The campaign ran throughout October 09 so we’re still awaiting results. We’re pretty confident these will be worth sharing as and when they do!
