    We have implemented a fun new customer retention campaign for Health Cash Plan provider Westfield Health. 

    Westfield observed that once a policyholder had joined, they were no longer communicated to, unless they made a claim. So an eye-catching, vibrant and friendly suite of postcards was created, to ensure consistent communication throughout the policyholder’s first year.

    Effective headlines such as ‘I’m glad we got together’, ‘Remember me?’ ‘Never forget’ and ‘Happy Anniversary’ teamed with bright neon colours look fantastic and certainly grabs people’s attention – and encourage sharing the benefits with their friends and family.
